Covid-19 - SITUATION UPDATE

To our valued customers, supply partners, and friends.

The Ontario government has declared a “State of Emergency” and mandated more stringent restrictions throughout the province to curb virus spread. The new restrictions are set to take effect at 12:01am tomorrow January 14th, 2021.

In that we are an “Essential Services” provider under the provincial breakdown of businesses that can remain open, we will continue to provide all services to the best of our abilities. We will do everything within our control to minimize the inevitable disruptions that may impact our ability to provide those services.

We are making further modifications to our operations to minimize staff exposure risks. Most of our customer service and finance team will now be working remotely. They will continue to be accessible by phone and email and you should not experience any significant disruption in service. We are also reviewing all functions for modifications that can be made to maximize the safety of our staff remaining at the facility. This may cause some delays in our normal order processing time. We ask for your patience and understanding as we make adjustments to keep our employees safe and healthy.

IT’S AN ON-GOING BATTLE…

As we all struggle through these unbelievable times, we find ourselves fighting new challenges at every turn.

We need you to know that we deeply value your business and the role we play in your ability to carry on as normally as possible. We must also recognize the fact that the services we provide are executed by people. People we care about deeply as well.

The reality is that we are facing uncertainties and hardships that are unsettling to even the strongest among us. Our location in the Greater Toronto area has afforded us the ability to draw on an amazing pool of resources and react swiftly to the needs of our customers, but also means we find ourselves nestled in the epicentre of the Canadian pandemic challenges.

We are doing our best to adjust to the changing environment, but we are not impervious to the worsening covid-19 situation around us. As an organization made up of people just like you, we are also dealing with Covid-19 exposures all around us, and even at our doorstep for that matter. This is an unsettling reality that makes people very nervous and apprehensive about their own ability to safely navigate these unsettling times.

I assure you we will continue to evolve and adapt however possible, but it is inevitable that our ability to service the varying needs of our valued customers will be affected as a result. We ask for your patience and understanding as we try to find the best balance between meeting organizational demand, maintaining our humanitarian responsibility to ourselves, and being good corporate citizens that is part of the solution to end this inconceivable pandemic.

WE'RE OPEN AGAIN!

I hope you are staying well during this challenging time. We have been busy ramping our operation back up to "business as usual" after the mandated shut down of non-essential businesses in Ontario. We are currently open and are processing both blank and decorated orders.

Our response and shipping time may be a little slower than usual as our team adjusts to the "new normal" so please be patient with us.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. Many of our office staff continue to work remotely, so email remains the best way to get in touch, as generally no one is in the office to monitor the phone lines. Covid-19 - SITUATION UPDATE

To our valued customers, supply partners, and friends.

The province of Ontario has extended the mandatory closures of all "non-essential" businesses that was originally put in place on March 25th.

The legislated order extends the original mandate that was due to end on April 23rd by at least another 28 days.

Over the last few weeks, we have supported requirements for our clients deemed as "Essential" businesses and fulfilled requirements for "Essential Services."

In our continuing effort to be part of the solution this means that our operation will remain "mostly" closed until further notice. We will continue to operate a small portion of the organization to support these requirements. Please bear in mind that our largest priority is to be safe and cautious through this very challenging time.

Please note that the date we will re-open and return to normal is generally unknown. Our status will change based on the directives of the Government of Ontario and public health officials. We will continue to monitor the situation and request you do so as well.

Covid-19 - SITUATION UPDATE

The province of Ontario has mandated the closure of all "non-essential" businesses throughout the province. This mandate is deemed to be effective as of Wednesday March 25th.

In our continuing effort to be part of the solution this means that we will unfortunately be closing our facilities as a result. The government is signifying that this is to remain in place for a minimum of two weeks, but the reality is that we don.t really know when we.ll be able to reopen.

To our valued customers, supply partners, and friends...

As you are painfully aware, The Covid-19 situation is evolving at unprecedented rates. While the volume of information and the speed at which it is presented to us are compounding the difficulties in mounting a cohesive continuity plan, we want to assure you that our first priority is being part of the solution to end this threat.

While continuing to fulfill our service mandate is of utmost importance, it is imperative that we do so in a manner that will protect our employees and their families. We are following the advice of medical professionals and all levels of government in order to do so.

Given the nature of the work we are tasked with, many of the roles in our organization require staff be present on site to perform the duties that make up our service offering. Wherever possible, we have implemented “work from home” options for the few employees that can do so.
